Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking with Oh So Sweet Grazing & Events (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to the following:
1. Bookings & Payment
1.1 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
1.2 Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
1.3 The remaining balance must be paid 28 days before your event.
1.4 Bookings made within 28 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.
1.5 Payment is accepted via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
2.2 If you cancel:
More than 28 days before the event: deposit retained, balance not required.
Less than 28 days before the event: full payment is due.
2.3 If we need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund including deposit, or the option to transfer to a new date.
3. Event Set-Up
3.1 Set-up takes 90 minutes to 2 hours depending on the grazing style and guest numbers.
3.2 We require a suitable space, clean table surface, and safe working environment.
3.3 Plates, cutlery, and napkins are not included unless arranged in advance.
3.4 Clear-down is not included but can be added at an additional cost.
3.5 Once the grazing table is set up and handed over, you are responsible for maintaining food safety, including keeping food away from heat/sunlight and following recommended consumption times.
4. Food Safety & Allergies
4.1 We hold a 5-star food hygiene rating and full insurance.
4.2 All food should be consumed within 3 hours of set-up.
4.3 While we take great care to meet dietary requirements, all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles:
gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs, sesame, meat, and soy.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
4.4 It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests of any allergens.
5. Grazing Table Props & Equipment
5.1 All boards, risers, props, stands, and florals remain the property of Oh So Sweet Grazing & Events
5.2 Items must be returned in their original condition unless we agree non collection
5.3 Lost or damaged items will be chargeable at replacement cost.
6. Travel
6.1 Travel costs may apply depending on the location of your event.
6.2 Any congestion charges, parking fees, or access restrictions must be communicated before the event.
7. Photos & Social Media
7.1 We reserve the right to take photos and use them on our website and social media for marketing purposes.
7.2 If you prefer your event not to be photographed or published, please inform us in writing before your event.
8. Liability
8.1 We are not responsible for:
Any food consumed after recommended timelines
Illness caused by improper handling of food after handover
Damage or loss caused by third-party suppliers
8.2 We will not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control, though every effort will be made to avoid disruption.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By paying your deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
